The Harvey Theater renovation required a unique plaster and paint treatment to the new walls, new projection booth and columns to blend the new construction in with the old worn appeal of the original Harvey Theater.
The projection booth was a concern during the construction due to its new increased size to house the new video projectors. Denise took in the surrounding walls and carried the broken plaster and green and brown painted history of the surroundings to blend the booth into the existing character of the Harvey.
The new lower walls behind the chairs were also treated to resemble a fresh version of the existing cracked and faded paint layers of the Harvey.
